The virtue of this new commercial design by THE FIRM, is that each of its unitary office spaces can be expanded and amalgamated with other units to create larger spaces, offering a vast range of possible combinations and sizes that gives the prospective buyers a freedom of choice that will allow them to purchase the most suitable, cost effective office space for their company. Every office unit has direct views to the sea and the majority also have views to the neighboring mountains. The three tiered design naturally creates private terraces for the exclusive units which are designed with greenery for additional aesthetic value that can be benefited from the office and the street levels alike.

The striking fins that cascade down the side of the building don’t merely provide a powerful aesthetic identity for the building, they also offer important shading to the interior offices from the western solar gains. Provided on site there is ample number of car parking spaces which have been creatively disguised behind a perforated aluminum screen that also affords passive ventilation to the multi-level car-park. The screen gives solidarity to the base of the building which creates a dichotomy between the car-park and the office; one making reference to the solidarity of the earth and the other reaching skyward to the boundless reaches of the atmosphere. The continuation of the vertical fins above the roof accentuate the effect of height with an effortless crown that diffuses the boundary between building and sky.
