‘Shanti Solitaire’ is a high-end residential tower in Mumbai, boasting of one residence per floor. The mechanised multi-level parking spanning the basement (7m below ground) and podium (7m above first floor) including the stilt accommodates the car park requirement. The communal place planned on the landscaped terrace offers views and breeze. The gymnasium befits on the floor between the residential usage above and the parking below. The facade is unobtrusively attractive with use of stone and glass as the two finishes defining the clean lines across the plan. The duplex penthouse outlined with the high glass parapet for the landscape terrace serves decently as the crown of the building.
